This is my variation on a classic dish.
- Mashed Potato
- Ham or other meat
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Melt some oil, or low fat spread in a large fry pan or wok.
- Add mixture and heat turning occasionally until you have some nice golden brown areas within the mix. If like me you have no teeth don’t cook for too long.
- Serve, and I add a small tin or share with someone else of spaghetti which helps to swallow the bubble and squeak.
